Built in 1720, the house with its sandstone front is under historical preservation protection and was extensively remodeled in the recent past.
Thereupon, the Tucher foundation started looking for tenants for rooms that were ready for occupancy – and for conclusive marketing ideas.
To call attention to the remarkable object, gernBotschaft created a strong concept with which the agency proved once again its competence regarding real estate communication. After winning the project pitch, the recommended means and measures were realized quickly. Besides a banner across the building, it was especially the stylish website that attracted status-conscious enthusiasts for exceptional apartments and offices.
Designing the site, the creatives from gernBotschaft adapted the neo-classical style of the building for the font, color, and words. At the same time, the agency merged both the historical as well as the modern elements of the Tucherpalais. On the website www.tucherpalais.de, a combination of hand-painted pictures and esthetic photographs impart appealing impressions of the building.
This marketing concept was the successful start of a series of projects for the Tucher foundation: Currently, gernBotschaft is realizing high-class greeting cards that will also show some elaborate calligraphy of the renowned “font composer” Bernhard Linz. And the agency already tackles a marketing concept for the next building: conceptual work as well as development of a logo and name – this time for the new industry building in the Längenstraße in Nuremberg.
