And that the client referred to the predecessor project “Breast Care Solutions” is no coincidence: with this project, gernBotschaft had demonstrated how they can contribute to bundle the solutions of different Business Units under one umbrella – even if these Business Units are located on different continents.

Yesterday solutions for breast cancer, today for cardiovascular diseases – the demand regarding communication stayed the same: position Siemens Healthcare cross-departmentally as the overall solution specialist from early detection to follow-up. Here as well, the task was to develop a comprehensive communication concept in cooperation with the responsible communication managers for cardiology, to give advice how the content can be clustered for Internet and print media, and how the information can be depicted clearly and user-friendly for the different target groups. Regarding the visual world, gernBotschaft succeeded by transporting a serious topic into a positive symbolism. The integrated visual element: a balloon in form of a heart – held by a little girl. The photo shooting in spring 2009 laid the visual foundation for the campaign, right after the approval of the basic idea.

Besides a brochure for each target group (CEO and physicians), which are presently in the works, the Internet presence is the most important communication measure. Each target group has a portal tailored to their interests that leads them quickly to the information they need. Physicians find out which systems and applications are suitable for which clinical question – while CEOs can find right away all solutions that will support them in increasing the efficiency and competitiveness of their clinic.
