The Diakonie Neuendettelsau – the responsible body of the retirement home that is located directly in the city center of Nurember, Germany – came to gernBotschaft with this task. On the one hand, short-term announcement measures were needed for the information events that have been taken place since the end of 2008. On the other hand, the new client also needs a long-term positioning concept with a marketing strategy for the approximately 70 apartments that are currently waiting for new tenants.
